We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

• Details you give us: name, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the vehicles and quantities you are interested in, and your messages.
• Technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel when enabled.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry, send quotations and specification sheets, and follow up on your request.
• To process orders, shipping and export documents if you buy from us.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

• Meta Platforms, when you contact us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, or when the Meta Pixel is active on this site.
• Logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs agents, only when needed to deliver an order.
• Authorities, where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and order records for as long as accounting and export laws require.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop sending you messages, at any time. Contact us at the address below; we will reply within 30 days.
